Pushpa Bhusal elected deputy speaker of HoR

KATHMANDU, July 15: Pushpa Bhusal of Nepali Congress has been elected to the post of deputy speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR).
During the voting held on Friday, as many as 242 votes were casted. Of them, Bhusal garnered 148 votes while her nearest contender Bidya Bhattarai collected 93 votes.
Likewise, a neutral vote was also casted during the election.
