121 new cases of COVID-19 recorded on Sunday
88 were detected in Kathmandu Valley alone
KATHMANDU, July 10: Nepal recorded 121 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 3,045 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours of which 121 tests turned out to be positive for COVID-19.
Of the total cases of the disease recorded across the country today, 88 were detected in the Kathmandu Valley alone.
As of Sunday afternoon, the number of active COVID-19 cases has reached 678.
So far, 11,952 people have succumbed to COVID-19 in Nepal.
