UPDATE: Balen Shah leading vote count in KMC

KATHMANDU, May 14: Balen Shah, an independent candidate for the post of mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, has taken the lead in the vote count in Kathmandu metropolis. 

So far, Shah has garnered 297 votes, Srijana Singh, Nepali Congress’s candidate , collected147 and Keshav Sthapit, candidate of CPN-UML, got 192 votes.
