6,734 corona cases detected thru 17,465 tests

KATHMANDU, Jan 17: As many as 6,734 new COVID-19 cases were detected from across the country on Monday.
A total of 17,465 tests were carried out in the past 24 hours to confirm the viral infection, according to the health ministry.
With Monday’s tally, the total number of active cases has surged to 30,877.
The Ministry reported 547 new recoveries and three more deaths on Monday.
