COVID-19: Booster dose to frontline workers from tomorrow

KATHMANDU, Jan 15: Frontline workers will be administered the booster dose of the vaccine against coronavirus from Sunday. 

A ministerial-level meeting held at the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) on January 12 took a decision in this regard. 

Similarly, senior citizens above the age of 60 will be provided a booster jab starting January 28. 

The meeting also decided to provide booster shots to those whose vaccination period has already crossed six months.
