Man dies from electrocution

Kathmandu - A man has died from electrocution at Madi in Chitwan district today.

Sukdev Mahato, 60, of Madi Municipality-6 accidently touched an electric trap placed to chase away rhinos in a field at Basantapur, leading to the death, said Inspector Dev Raj Sharma.

He died at Baghauda Hospital. The body of Mahato has been sent to Bharatpur Hospital for a post-mortem and investigations were underway, Sharma said.
