115-year-old honoured

Kathmandu - A 115-year-old man has been honoured here. Mukti Nepal Siraha honoured Bauwa Lal Singh of Siraha municipality-12. Chief District Officer Pradip Raj Kandel draped a shawl over Singh amid a function on Thursday on the occasion of the International Day of Senior Citizens.

Singh was also provided with nutritious foods. Likewise, 70-year-old Laxman Das has also been honoured on the occasion. On the occasion, CDO Kandel said all senior citizens should be honoured.
