Two killed in road mishap

Kathmandu - Two people have died and a person sustained serious injuries when a truck and an autorikshaw collided at Tintapke, Basamadi in Hetauda-3 today, the Makwanpur District Police said.

The deceased include 32-year-old Baburam Rumba and 35-year-old Amrit Lopchan of Manahari rural municipality-5. Rumba and Lopchan died on the spot. The autorikshaw driver, 47-year-old Thulo Kanchha Khadka of Manahari rural municipality-5 who was seriously injured in the mishap, is undergoing treatment at Chure Hill Hospital, the District Police Office Makawanpur said.
