13th SAG: Nepal stands second position with 164 medals

Kathmandu– Nepal has been ranked second on scoreboard at the ongoing 13th South Asian Games with a total of 164 medals so far (45 gold, 44 silver and 75 bronze).
India topped the rankings with the total 248 medals including 131 gold, 77 silver and 40 bronze. Similarly, the rankings were followed by Sri Lanka being at third position with 34 gold medals, 66 silver and 93 bronze).
Pakistan has secured fourth position with 28 gold, 34 silver and 43 bronze, Bangladesh fifth with eight gold, 28 silver and 66 bronze, Maldives sixth with one gold and two bronzes, and Bhutan seventh with nine bronzes.
