Kathmandu–Nepal's Nima Gharti Magar has won a gold medal Wushu in the ongoing 13th South Asian Games at the covered hall of Nepal Army in Lagankhel. Magar got the total 18.91 points.
With this, Gharti Magar has become the first Nepali to have won two gold medals consecutively. In the 12th SAG in 2016 in India, she bagged gold. Likewise, Bangladesh won a silver medal and Sri Lanka bronze.
Also, in women's Thaulo, Nepal's Mina Glan bagged silver. In the competition, Sri Lanka won gold and Bangladesh bronze. Similarly, in men's Thaulo, Nepal's Bishwo Buda Magar won silver. India bagged gold while Bangladesh clinched bronze.
