State 3 Chief Koirala certifies bill

Hetauda–Chief of State 3, Anuradha Koirala has certified the Bill Designed to Establish the Public Service Commission in the State and Providing for Its Works, Duties and Responsibilities, 2076 BS, today.

The State Chief certified the Bill in exercise of the powers stated in Article 201 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal.

The Bill certified today had been passed by the State Assembly few weeks back and was recommended by the State 3 Government's Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, Chief Officer at the State Chief's Secretariat, Rajesh Tamang, said.
