Leader Sitaula reminds Girijababu's role on peace, constitution

Kathmandu - Nepali Congress leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula has reminded that Girijababu had played significant role to ensure peace and constitution writing in the country. 

During an illumination programme organized by Nepal Student Union on the occasion of the 94th birth anniversary of Girija Prasad Koirala, on Sunday evening, leader Sitaula reiterated, "Establishment of peace and constitution writing are the achievements of the path shown by Girijababu." 

At the programme, Nepal Students Union's General Secretary Kundan Kafle said Girijababu was a man of such political stature that other leaders were yet to make. 

Other speakers reminded the role the NC leader Girija Prasad Koirala played for bringing the Maoist leaders to peaceful politics.
