Manma–A flood from the Takura River at Tilagupha municipality 7 and 8 in Kalikot has damaged the Karnali Highway, ceasing the transport services since Monday late evening.
The Road Division Office, Jumla said it has already sent a dozer to the site to facilitate the road restoration efforts. Tilaguha municipality mayor Ratan Bahadur Shahi said efforts were underway to resume the highway and hoped that it would be successful soon.
