SC orders not to free Aftab Alam

KATHMANDU, May 6: The Supreme Court has issued an order not to release Afab Alam – who is accused of murder – from jail.
A joint bench of justices Sushmalata Mathema and Nahakul Subedi made an order to this effect on Friday.
Earlier, the high court had issued an order to send Alam to custody. Alam had then challenged the order of the High court and filed a writ petition at the apex court.
