PALPA, Jan 2: Seven people were killed in a bus accident in Palpa district.
The bus was carrying people along with a dead body to Gulmi for a funeral ceremony.
The ill-fated bus Lu 2 Kha 7279 met with an accident at Rabdikot-2 of Palpa district, according to Harthok Police Station. “Eight others have sustained injuries.” As many as 35 people were travelling in the bus.
The rescue of the injured individuals is under way.
