Prohibitory order in Sindhuli to avoid likely clash in event attended by UML General Secy

KATHMANDU, November 10: The District Administration Office (DAO), Sindhuli has enforced prohibitory orders in its headquarters to avoid a possible clash in an event attended by the general secretary of the CPN (UML) Ishwar Pokharel on Wednesday.

The prohibitory order, enforced at places like Stal Bazaar, Junar Chowk, Bus Park, Gwangkhola Pul and Hospital Road , came into effect from 11 AM this morning and will be in place till the mid-night, according to a notice issued by the DAO. 

Cadres of the ruling alliance staged a protest after Pokherel was designated the chief guest of the program. Soon after the protest intensified, the local administration enforced a prohibitory order.

Pokherel was invited as the chief guest at an event by Kamalamai Municipality.
