Gold price up by NPR 300 per tola

Kathmandu, February 23 — The price of gold has seen a slight increase on the first day of trading this week, Sunday.

On the last trading day, Friday, the price of gold was set at 170,000 rupees per tola, but it increased by 300 rupees on Sunday, reaching 170,300 rupees per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has decreased.

The price of silver, which was 1,990 rupees per tola on Friday, dropped by 20 rupees on Sunday, settling at 1,970 rupees per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
