NEPSE sees 29-point gain after three days of decline

Kathmandu, December 23 — After three consecutive days of decline, the stock market rose by 29 points on Monday.

The overall market increased by 1.11%, with the index climbing to 2612 points.

Today, the stock prices of 194 companies saw an increase.

Support Microfinance and Super Madi Hydroelectric saw a positive circuit breaker.

The share prices of Barahi Hydro, Balefi Hydro, and Nepal Hydro rose by 9%. The hydroelectric sub-sector index increased by 2.65%.

However, the prices of 42 companies fell, and Manushi Microfinance saw a negative circuit breaker.

The total trading volume for the day was NPR 4.43 billion.
