KATHMANDU, June 15: The Human Rights and Peace Society has demonstrated in front of the Federal Parliament building demanding action against the main culprits including the top leaders involved in the fake Bhutanese refugee case. 16 people have also been arrested while demonstrating.

The debate on the fake Bhutanese refugee case has been continuing in the Kathmandu District Court for the past week in the bench of Justice Prem Prasad Neupane.

The government attorney will give a response after the debate from the defendants’ side, and issue an order on whether to detain the defendants or release them on bail.
