Magars protest against misrepresentation of 'Pun' surname

KATHMANDU, June 11: Nepal Magar Association protested against National Statistics Office for misrepresenting the 'Pun' surname as a different caste in their data.
The National Statistics Office recently released a census report where 'Pun' was categorized as a different caste. The association protested inside the premises of the Statistics Office at Thapathali.
