Protest in Attaria market demanding University establishment

DHANGADI, June 8: Godawari Municipality's Attaria market has been put on strike demanding the establishment of Shahid Dashrath Chanda National Health Science University at Geta in Kailali on Thursday.

The strike started at 8 am and will last until 6 pm in the evening. Although the market has been closed by the market, vehicles are partially operating.

The protest was organized by the Sangharsh Committee formed for the establishment of the University. The committee is demanding the establishment of the university as per the policy and program passed at the Cabinet Meeting on the 12th of January and on the Policy Program on the 19th of May.
