ACC Premier Cup Finals: Match stopped due to rain resumes

KATHMANDU, May 1: The final match of the ACC Premier Cup between Nepal and UAE stopped due to rain has resumed. The game was stopped and the field was covered after it started raining. 

In the final match of the ACC Premier Cup, Nepal won the toss and chose to field against UAE, after Captain Rohit Paudel decided to field in the ongoing match at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur. Coach Monty Desai replaced Dipendra Singh Airee with Gulshan Jha in the finals.

Before the game was stopped, UAE scored 60 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 16 overs. Karan KC took two wickets for Nepal, while Sandeep Lamichhane, Sompal Kami, and Lalit Rajbanshi took one wicket each.
