Changunarayan municipality to run Integrated Mobile Camp

Bhaktapur –Changunarayan municipality is to provide all government and health services to the people from one place. At a news conference organised by the municipality here today, Mayor Som Prasad Mishra said that the municipality is going to run the Integrated Mobile Camp for the first time in the area with an objective of providing all services provided from Singha Durbar to the people free of cost.

All government offices in Bhaktapur district would provide their services to more than 10,000 people from one place in the camp. Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa would inaugurate the camp on Wednesday. The camp would be run at the premises of under construction Bir Hospital at Changunarayan municipality-1 where Bir Hospital, Kathmandu Medical College, Nepal Medical College, Bhaktapur Hospital, Martyr Dharmabhakta National Human Organ Transplant Centre and Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital would run free health camp.

Mayor Mishra said that medicine would also be provided free of cost to the patients. Similarly, citizenship certificate, disability identity card, senior citizenship identity card would be distributed in the camp, said administrative officer at the municipality, Chiranjivi Timsena. An arrangement of free transport service has been made to take disabled and senior citizens of the municipality area to the camp. ---
