Disabled-friendly school building constructed

Gorkha– A disabled-friendly school building has been constructed in Gorkha municipality-3, Nareswor. 
The newly-constructed building of Bindabasini Secondary School, which was hit hard by the 2015 Gorkha earthquake, is friendly to the children with different forms of disabilities. 


Ram Prasad Acharya, Chief of District Education Project Implementation Unit, informed that the earthquake-damaged school building was constructed at the cost of total around Rs 7.54 million. 


Tikaram Basnet, chair of school management committee, said the five-room building has become easier place for disabled-friendly children in course of their learning. 


The school has also arranged residential facilities to the children with disabilities. ---
