President attends women's day function

Kathmandu–President Bidya Devi Bhandari has attended the main function of the 109th International Women's Day. 
The programme hosted by the Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizen is taking place in the capital today with the slogan 'Equal Thought and Treatment: Base for Prosperity
