Solukhumbu– Locals have no bound of happiness when a bailey bridge is to be constructed over the Dudhkoshi river connecting three rural municipalities of the district.
The cabinet meeting held on December 20 had decided to construct bailey bridge over the river which will establish physical connectivity between Pawai of Sotang and Thulung-Deusa.
The construction of bridge over the river would ease travel to district capital, federal capital, Kathmandu, and province-1 capital Biratnagar. Besides, it would also facilitate marketing of local agro products and ease import of needy things from outside. ---
