Two arrested with tiger hide

Kathmandu– Police has arrested two people along with the hide of the Riyal Bengal Tiger. 
A team deputed by the Metropolitan Police Range Kathmandu held Tej Adhikari and Bikram Lama from near the overhead bridge at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26. Both Adhikari and Lama are from Nuwakot. 


They have been forwarded along with the tiger hide to the District Forestry Office Kathmandu for necessary action, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hobindra Bogati, said.


Similarly, police has taken under control 18-year-old Kishor Yadav of Sukhipur municipality-6 on the charge of breaking down the Baneshwar-based ATM of the Muktinath Development Bank. Yadav has currently been living in Deurali Club of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-31. 


Police stated that Yadav destroyed the ATM with the intention of stealing money. He was arrested along with an iron rod while sitting at the building where the bank is located. The arrest was made on the basis of CCTV footage. 


Similarly, 18-year-old Nabin BK of Paurahi rural municipality-7, Makwanpur district has been arrested on the charge of stealing cash and valuables from a house at Subidhanagar of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32. Police confiscated cash Rs 7,500, one gold chain, two units of mangalsutra (gold ornaments), one laptop and one mobile set as well as the tool used for breaking into the house from him.
