Kathmandu – Police have arrested two persons for possessing banned drug and pistol.
Those arrested are 27-year-old Mana Puran Chaudhari and 27-year-old Bhuwan Pariyar of Lalbandi municipality-3, Sarlahi district.
Police confiscated 840 tablets of ‘Nitrovet’ and a pistol in course of checking the motorcycle (Ja 11 Pa 4866) the duo was riding at Dhungedhara, Jadibuti of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32 today.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Homindra Bogati at the Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Sector said an investigation has been initiated against the two.
