Biratnagar – Telephone lines in some areas of Biratnagar Metropolitan City snapped three days ago in the course of repair of drinking water pipes, disrupting the service, said the Biratnagar branch of the Nepali Telecom.
Two structures of the Telecom got damaged and as a result, around 700 telephone line connections have been disrupted, said technical officer at the Branch Bacchu Raj Khatiwada, adding that it would take at least two months to repair the damaged structures.
