Motorcycle Accident in Pokhara Claims One Life

Pokhara. One person has died in a motorcycle accident in Palikhechok, Pokhara. The accident occurred when the rider of motorcycle number Ga 16 Pa 2414 lost control.

The deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Suman Sunar, a resident of Khanigaun, Phalebas Municipality-5, Parbat, who was riding as a pillion passenger on the motorcycle, police said. He was rushed to Pokhara Health Science Institute for treatment after being critically injured in the accident, where doctors pronounced him dead.

The motorcycle rider, 22-year-old Rahul Sunar, originally from Arghakhanchi and currently residing in Mohariya Tole, Pokhara-2, has been taken into police custody. Further investigation into the accident is underway, according to Kaski Police.
