Hetauda Sub-Metropolis Halts Sale of Riverbed Materials from July 17

Hetauda. Hetauda Sub-Metropolis has banned the sale and distribution of riverbed materials from the first of Shrawan. The sub-metropolis has issued a public notice stating that there is a legal provision to submit the annual stock of production and the volume of purchase and sale to the concerned municipality by the end of Ashad of each financial year. Accordingly, the sub-metropolis has stated that crushers and sand industries operating within the sub-metropolis area must submit the final stock certificate along with the transaction details of the fiscal year 2082/83 and commence transactions for the fiscal year 2083-84. The sub-metropolis has requested to stop the sale, distribution, and transportation of riverbed materials by firms, industries, and companies from 12:00 AM on Ashad 32, 2083, until further notice.
