Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal Holds Courtesy Meeting with UAE Foreign Trade Minister Dr. Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi

Kathmandu. Speaker Dol Prasad (DP) Aryal held a courtesy meeting with His Excellency Dr. Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Foreign Trade Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In the meeting, Speaker Aryal mentioned that this is the highest-level visit from the UAE since the formation of the current parliament, and expressed confidence that the visit will take Nepal-UAE relations to new heights and open new dimensions of cooperation, according to the Speaker's secretariat.

Similarly, UAE Foreign Trade Minister Dr. Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi mentioned that this is his first visit after the formation of the new government and expressed confidence that the visit will further strengthen the relations between the two countries.

Al Zeyoudi stated that the UAE government is positive about creating an investment-friendly environment in Nepal and is interested in expanding investment in areas such as technology, infrastructure, and education.

Minister Al Zeyoudi praised the contribution of Nepali workers to the development of the UAE and expressed confidence that cooperation between the two countries will be further expanded to take Nepal-UAE relations to greater heights.

The delegation, including Minister Al Zeyoudi, comprising 18 members, met with Speaker Aryal.
