Uprendra Yadav Wishes New Direction for Nepal

Chitwan. Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav has wished the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) to move forward in a new direction by ending old anomalies and irregularities for the overall transformation of the country. Addressing the inaugural ceremony of RSP's historic first national convention held in Chitwan on Sunday, Chairman Yadav expressed confidence that RSP, which has come with a new mandate, will lead the country into a new era.
Addressing the convention, Chairman Yadav congratulated RSP for the new mandate received through elections and emphasized the need to move forward by leaving behind past shortcomings and irregularities. He expressed the expectation that this convention will prove to be important for the beginning of a new era, mentioning that the country is currently seeking good governance and social justice.

Commenting on the issues of the constitution, Chairman Yadav said that although important aspects like federalism and republic are included in the current constitution, it is incomplete and abstract in many places. He pointed out the need for amendment and revision of the constitution to remove the anomalies in it and reminded that RSP has a historic responsibility for that. 'The responsibility to make the constitution complete by amending and revising it is now on your shoulders,' he said.

Mentioning that good governance and social justice are mandatory conditions for economic development and prosperity, Chairman Yadav expressed confidence that RSP's convention will make historic decisions in this regard. He also wished that RSP would be successful in ending old bad conduct, making a new beginning, and guiding the country in the right direction for the overall transformation of the country.
