Mass Yoga Program Held at Dashrath Stadium for 12th World Yoga Day

Kathmandu. A mass yoga program was held at Dashrath Stadium on the occasion of the 12th World Yoga Day.

The program organized by the Ministry of Education and Sports was attended by Chief Secretary of the Government of Nepal Suman Raj Aryal, secretaries, employees, and yoga gurus.

World Yoga Day is celebrated every year on June 21. The Government of Nepal has been organizing various programs every year to raise public awareness about the positive effects of yoga on physical and mental health.
