23 Injured Discharged After Bus Accident in Udayapur

Udayapur. 23 of the injured in the road accident that took place on Saturday morning on the road in Jogitol, Ward No. 7 of Udayapur Gadhi Rural Municipality, have been discharged after treatment. A total of 30 people were injured when the bus with number B2B6438, carrying staff of Deep Education Boarding School, which was going from Mahottari to Sunsari, met with an accident. Of these, 23 who were undergoing treatment have returned after recovering, while the remaining 7 are undergoing treatment in various hospitals.

According to the District Police Office Udayapur, Bimalesh Dutt of Bardibas Municipality in Mahottari died in the accident. Police informed that Dutt, who was rescued immediately after the accident, died at 9:50 am during treatment. Of the injured in the accident that took place around 8:50 am, 7 are currently undergoing treatment in various hospitals in Morang, Dhanusha, and Mahottari.

According to the police, 38-year-old Rasila Kumari Chaudhary and her 12-year-old son Sandesh Kumar Chaudhary, residents of Gaushala Municipality-2 in Mahottari, are undergoing treatment at Prime Hospital in Biratnagar. 24-year-old Nitu Yadav from the same place is undergoing treatment at Provincial Hospital Janakpur, and 18-year-old Rupa Mahato and 24-year-old Anil Kumar Paswan are undergoing treatment at Shubha Swasthya Hospital Bardibas Mahottari.

Similarly, 36-year-old Dinesh Sah and his 7-year-old son Alok Sah, also from Gaushala Municipality-2, are undergoing treatment at Neuro Hospital in Biratnagar, police said.
