Former King Gyanendra Shah's Secretariat Denies Birthday Notice

Kathmandu. The dialogue secretariat of former king Gyanendra Shah has stated that the notice regarding Shah's birthday is incorrect. On Wednesday, Phaniraj Pathak, secretary of the dialogue secretariat, issued a statement informing that the information spread on social media regarding the former king's birthday is incorrect.

Pathak said: 'The dialogue secretariat has taken serious note of the incorrect information spread on social media claiming to be a statement issued by the dialogue secretariat regarding the auspicious birthday of His Majesty the King. Furthermore, I inform all that no kind of statement has been issued by the dialogue secretariat at present.'
