Jeep Accident in Achham Kills One, Injures Two

Achham. A jeep accident in Kamal Bazar Municipality of Achham has killed one person and seriously injured two others. The vehicle met with an accident on the road section of Kwalelek, Ward No. 7 of Kamal Bazar Municipality.

The jeep, with registration number Se 1 J 613, which was going from the district headquarters Mangalsen towards Kwalelek, met with an accident on the road. Karn Bhat, 34, a local resident, was seriously injured in the accident. Although he was immediately rescued and taken to the hospital, the doctors declared him dead during treatment.

Local Min Bahadur Bhat and Badri Bhat were injured in the same accident. The police have stated that considering their condition, they were sent to Surkhet for further treatment after first aid.

A police team that reached the scene immediately after the accident has taken the wrecked jeep and its driver Pushpa Budha under control. The police have started further investigation into the cause of the accident.
