Rabi Lamichhane to Meet Indian PM Narendra Modi Today

Kathmandu. National Independent Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane, who is on a visit to India, is meeting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. The meeting between them is scheduled for 10:30 AM. Earlier on Tuesday, Lamichhane had met with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Nitin Naveen, India's Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, and Home Minister Amit Shah. It has been stated that discussions were held on Nepal-India relations, mutual interests, democratic practices, security cooperation, and dialogue and cooperation between the political parties of the two countries. Lamichhane was given a grand welcome with a red carpet by the BJP. Lamichhane's team will return to the country on Jestha 22.
