State Chief authenticates two bills

Pathari, Morang – State Chief of the Province No. 1, Prof Dr Govinda Bahadur Tumbahang, on Thursday authenticated two bills. The authenticated bills include bill on functions, duties and rights of the district assembly, 2075' and the bill on equal treatment, security and facilities of the people of inter provinces, 2075'. 

Secretary at the Office of the State Chief Ramkrishna Guragain said that both the bills passed from different meetings of the province assembly were authenticated by the State Chief. 

So far, 15 bills received at the Office of the State Chief after passing from the province assembly were authenticated by the State Chief, Secretary Guragain said.
