Nepal Cricket Association Bids Farewell to National Men's Cricket Team for Asian Games Qualifier

Kathmandu. Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) has bid farewell to the Nepali national men's cricket team for the upcoming Asian Games Qualifier to be held in Singapore. 

CAN has bid farewell to the 14-member team for the 'Men's Asian Games Qualifier 2026' to be held from May 31 to June 9, 2026. 

CAN has entrusted the responsibility of captaincy to all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee this time. The announced team includes Kushal Bhurtel, Asif Sheikh, Rohit Paudel, Sandeep Jora, and Lokesh Bam. 

Similarly, Kushal Malla, Sandeep Lamichhane, Sher Malla, Nandan Yadav, and Arif Sheikh have found a place in the team. Fast bowlers Sompal Kami, Karan KC, and spinner Sahab Alam have also been selected.
