CPN-UML Vice Chairman Bishnu Prasad Paudel Urges Party to Be Self-Critical

Kathmandu. Vice Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML) Bishnu Prasad Paudel has urged the UML ranks to present themselves self-critically by accepting the mistakes, errors, and shortcomings on their part.

On the occasion of the 33rd Madan-Ashrit Memorial Day, Vice Chairman Paudel emphasized the need to firmly resolve to regain the lost trust of the people by properly embracing the spirit of people's multi-party democracy and to re-establish the CPN (UML) in the role of the decisive force in national politics.

"At this time, the Nepali communist movement has reached the most difficult juncture and defensive state in its history. It is too late to objectively review whether we have been able to be properly guided by people's multi-party democracy in national politics and the internal life of the party," said Vice Chairman Paudel.
