CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli Scheduled for Gallbladder Surgery on Monday

Kathmandu. CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to undergo gallbladder surgery on Monday, provided there are no complications in his health. According to the hospital, all medical reports as of Friday were normal, leading to the preparations for the procedure on Monday. 

Director of TU Teaching Hospital, Professor Dr. Subash Acharya, stated that preparations are underway for the former Prime Minister's gallbladder surgery and confirmed it will proceed on Monday if his health remains stable.

'The reports are normal. However, if there are no fluctuations in the meantime, the surgery is prepared for Monday,' said Dr. Acharya. Oli was admitted to the hospital following his arrest on Chait 14, as per the recommendations of the Gen-Z movement investigation report. Although the Supreme Court ordered his release on Chait 26, he remains under treatment at the TU Teaching Hospital.
