To make document verification services more accessible and technology-friendly, the online consular verification system will be expanded within 45 days. Furthermore, spokesperson Chhetri stated that the Ministry has proposed a plan to launch an artificial intelligence-based 'virtual assistant' within 90 days.

To rescue Nepali citizens affected by the ongoing conflict in West Asia, the Ministry is preparing to collaborate with Nepal Airlines Corporation and Himalaya Airlines to repatriate those in distress and bring back mortal remains within 15 days, spokesperson Chhetri said.

To improve consular services, a mobile app will be developed within 30 days to easily address service seekers' applications and grievances. Additionally, online payment systems for revenue and fees will be made available within 45 days.

The Ministry stated that an online system to facilitate insurance or compensation claims for families of Nepali citizens who are stranded, imprisoned, or deceased abroad will be expanded to 450 local levels within 90 days.
