Kalimati Market Releases Wholesale Prices for Agricultural Produce

Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruit and Vegetable Market Development Committee has determined the wholesale prices for agricultural produce for today. According to the committee, the price per kilogram is as follows: Large Tomato (Indian) Rs 70, Small Tomato (Local) Rs 32, Small Tomato (Indian) Rs 40, Small Tomato (Terai) Rs 40, Red Potato Rs 20, and Red Potato (Indian) Rs 23.

Similarly, the prices are set at: Carrot (Local) Rs 35, Carrot (Terai) Rs 25, Cabbage (Local) Rs 30, Cabbage (Naribal) Rs 25, Cauliflower (Local) Rs 60, Cauliflower (Local-Jyapu) Rs 80, White Radish (Local) Rs 20, White Radish (Hybrid) Rs 30, Long Eggplant Rs 70, and Round Eggplant Rs 80.

Furthermore, prices per kilogram are: Yardlong Bean Rs 120, Green Peas Rs 70, Green Bean (Local) Rs 100, Green Bean (Hybrid) Rs 70, Green Bean (Rajma) Rs 100, Snake Bean Rs 90, Bitter Gourd Rs 160, Bottle Gourd Rs 70, Pointed Gourd (Terai) Rs 100, Snake Gourd Rs 120, Sponge Gourd Rs 100, Ripe Pumpkin Rs 60, Green Pumpkin (Long) Rs 40, Green Pumpkin (Round) Rs 40, Okra Rs 130, Sweet Potato Rs 70, Barela Rs 80, Taro Rs 60, and Chayote Rs 60.
