Six arrested for unauthorized entry at Land Revenue Office, Chitwan

Chitwan. Police have arrested six individuals for entering the Land Revenue Office in Bharatpur without authorization. The District Police Office, Chitwan, took them into custody on Thursday.

The office has issued a notice prohibiting the entry of unauthorized persons. This decision follows complaints that some unauthorized individuals were entering the office to deceive and defraud service seekers.

The office has clarified that henceforth, only the concerned individuals seeking services and legally registered land service operators will be permitted to enter the office premises.

Furthermore, the office stated that service-related procedures will only proceed based on applications submitted by the concerned individuals or documents presented by legally registered land service operators.

Additionally, it is now mandatory for land service operators to carry their identification cards when entering the office. The office has urged service seekers not to rely on unauthorized individuals and to follow official procedures.
