Federal Parliament Secretariat Calls Meeting of Parties Represented in House of Representatives

Kathmandu. The Federal Parliament Secretariat has called a meeting of the parties represented in the House of Representatives.

Spokesperson for the Secretariat, Joint Secretary Ekram Giri, informed that the meeting has been called to prepare for the session of the Federal Parliament, which was summoned by President Ramchandra Paudel on Chaitra 19 upon the recommendation of the government.
Spokesperson Giri stated that the meeting will convene on Wednesday at 1 PM at the Secretariat in Singha Durbar.

President Paudel has summoned the first meeting of the members of parliament elected from the House of Representatives general election held on Falgun 21, on Chaitra 19 at 2 PM.

Although there is a plan to call the Law Minister as the government's representative to the meeting, it has not been finalized.

The House of Representatives includes representation from the Rastriya Swatantra Party, Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, Communist Party of Nepal, Shram Sanskriti Party, and Rastriya Prajatantra Party.
