Police Arrest 15 Individuals Accused of Being Middlemen at Ekantakuna Transport Office

Kathmandu. Police have arrested 15 individuals on charges of being middlemen at the Transport Management Office in Ekantakuna.

A 'Sweep Operation' police team deployed from the District Police Range, Lalitpur, and the subordinate Satdobato Police Circle arrested them today from Ekantakuna, Lalitpur Metropolitan City-13.

Lalitpur Police issued a notice today stating that 15 people were taken into custody after it was found that they were causing unnecessary harassment, trouble, and obstruction to service seekers coming to the transport office. The police range also stated that they are being held at the Satdobato Police Circle and further necessary investigation has been initiated.
