Office of the Prime Minister Publishes Good Governance Roadmap-2082 Report

Kathmandu. The Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers has published the Good Governance Roadmap-2082 report. The report was made public on the office's web portal. 

In line with the demands and sentiments of the Janji Andolan (People's Movement), a committee was formed under the leadership of Joint Secretary Govinda Bahadur Karki, who oversees the Governance Division at the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, to study the necessary actions in the area of governance reform. 

The committee submitted the report to the then Prime Minister Sushila Karki on Chaitra 3. Joint Secretary Dr. Bhishma Prasad Bhusal, head of the Governance Reform Division at the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, informed that the 1,049-page report has been published. 

The committee analyzed the contents included in the manifestos of various political parties, as well as their interests and concerns, identified areas needing reform, and incorporated 1,765 activities. The report also provides suggestions regarding the reform of the legislative and judicial administration.
