Chitwan District Administration Orders Unlicensed Educational Consultancies and Foreign Service Providers to Shut Down or Register Within 15 Days

Chitwan. The Chitwan District Administration Office has directed educational consultancy centers and foreign service providers operating without permission to shut down within 15 days.

The office issued a notice directing the closure or renewal of educational consultancy centers and foreign employment service providers operating without approval/license from the authorized body as per prevailing laws.

The notice issued by Assistant Chief District Officer Chiranjibi Sharma stated that such centers and organizations were found giving false assurances like regular office operation, visa processing, and employment guarantees, and they have been instructed to operate according to the law. The notice mentions that action will be taken according to prevailing laws against those who disregard this notice.
