Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut Honored at Katari Municipality School Anniversary

Udayapur. Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Prakash Man Singh Raut, was honored at Katari Municipality. Chief Justice Raut was felicitated today on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of Triveni Secondary School located in Katari-4.

Chief Justice Raut was honored by the school family during a grand program organized on the occasion of the anniversary. "We have honored former student Raut for the contribution he has made by reaching the highest position in the country," said Maniraj Dahal, Chairman of the School Management Committee, adding, "Honoring him among the students will further inspire the students."

After being felicitated with a shawl and a letter of felicitation, Chief Guest Raut recalled that he always felt close to this school. "Although I moved away from this school after giving the SLC in BS 2033, I always feel like I am here," said Chief Justice Raut, "It is the result of the good education and knowledge provided by this school that I have reached here."

On the occasion of the anniversary, the school's only living founding secretary, Raut's father Bal Bahadur Raut, former principal Rajendra Prasad Niraula, former teachers Ram Kumar Dahal (Shastri Sir), and Indra Narayan Goit (ING Sir) were also honored with shawls.

During the program, Chief Guest Raut, Special Guest Katari Mayor Rajesh Chandra Shrestha, and others unveiled the souvenir published by the school. At the event, Mayor Shrestha stated that the municipality has supported every success of this school and that the school's students have achieved success in every field.

In the program, the school's principal Balkrishna Karki presented the school's report and mentioned the need for further physical infrastructure. During the event, primary level teacher Ambika Rai working at the school was honored as the Outstanding Teacher of the Year, while teacher Ayush Karki received a letter of appreciation in the field of sports.
